1. Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the aee365 website accessible at aee365.bet and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, or subdomains operated by aee365. "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform. "Player" means any natural person who has registered an Account and uses the Platform's services. "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, live dealer tables, and any other wagering or entertainment products made available through the Platform. "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳. "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a Player's Account by aee365.

In these Terms, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes any amendment or re-enactment thereof.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To register an Account and use the Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The aee365 platform does not permit gambling by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal minimum gambling age in their jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or trust) acting on your own behalf.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when completing the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile phone number registered to you.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended aee365 Account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the Account.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.2 aee365 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to any particular game, market, or promotional offer.

2.3 You are responsible for keeping your Account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. You must notify aee365 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. aee365 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate password security.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

3.1 aee365 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players are required to submit satisfactory identity documentation before withdrawals are processed and, in certain cases, before deposit limits above specified thresholds are unlocked.

3.2 Acceptable identity documents for Bangladesh-based Players include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), valid Passport, or Birth Certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID. aee365 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 Players must complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration or prior to their first withdrawal request, whichever occurs earlier. Accounts that remain unverified beyond this period may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed.

3.4 aee365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading identity information. Any funds held in such an Account may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.5 aee365 processes all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Identity documents are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or law enforcement requests.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 aee365 accepts deposits in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be conducted in the Player's own name. Third-party payment transactions are strictly prohibited.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Player verification status. Current limits are displayed in the Account settings section of the Platform.

4.3 Deposits are typically credited to a Player's Account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the relevant payment provider. aee365 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, network congestion, or scheduled maintenance of the payment provider's systems.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status and any pending bonus wagering requirements. aee365 will not process a withdrawal where the Player's Account has active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements that have not yet been met.

4.5 aee365 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via supported Bangladesh mobile wallet providers. However, the payment provider itself may impose its own fees, which are the responsibility of the Player.

4.6 aee365 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the Player's Account balance in cases where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the payment method provided does not match the name on the Account; or (c) a fraud or AML review is in progress.

5. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

5.1 aee365 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, minimum odds (for sports bets), expiry period, and maximum withdrawable winnings — are set out in the individual promotion's terms and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all aee365 bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to complete wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• aee365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including for individual Players or Player segments.

5.3 Bonuses are credited in BDT to the Player's Bonus Balance, which is separate from the real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.

6. Game Rules and Bet Settlement

6.1 All games available on the aee365 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by human dealers broadcasting in real time. All game outcomes are final once the result has been determined by the game engine or dealer and displayed on the Player's screen.

6.2 Sports betting markets on aee365 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In the event of a result dispute, aee365's decision on settlement shall be final.

6.3 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction during an active bet or game round, aee365 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. If the outcome cannot be determined due to the technical fault, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account balance. aee365's decision in such circumstances is final.

6.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within each game or market interface. Stakes placed in excess of the maximum limit may be voided at aee365's discretion.

6.5 aee365 reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects the integrity of the event or game has been compromised, or where a pricing or display error has occurred.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 aee365 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players in Bangladesh. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that Players may activate at any time from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. When the threshold is reached, no further real-money bets may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen notifications that appear at specified intervals during a gaming session as a reminder of elapsed playing time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used for real-money gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum period specified at the time of request (minimum 12 months).

7.2 The aee365 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. aee365 employs technical measures to prevent underage access and requires age verification as part of the KYC process for all new registrations.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 aee365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity is suspected or confirmed.
• The Player has initiated a chargeback or payment reversal through their payment provider.
• aee365 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• The Player's continued use of the Platform presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

8.2 Upon permanent closure of an Account for a breach of these Terms, aee365 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited entirely.

8.3 A Player who wishes to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations, including pending wagering requirements on active bonus funds.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the aee365 Platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, button icons, software, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the property of aee365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from the Platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software; use automated tools (scrapers, bots, spiders) to access the Platform; or use the aee365 name, logo, or branding in any way without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 aee365 provides its Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aee365 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 aee365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) interruptions, errors, or downtime of the Platform; (b) any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill; (c) events beyond aee365's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, acts of God, governmental action, or payment provider failures; or (d) a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently shown to be incorrect due to a technical error.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits aee365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 aee365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 aee365 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to deliver the Platform's Services.

11.3 Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by aee365, subject to legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected].

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. aee365 operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and certified fair-play technology. Players accept these Terms as the basis of their agreement with the Platform in connection with their use of the Services.

12.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and aee365 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the aee365 support team at [email protected]. aee365 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first submission, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate available channels. aee365's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, bonus terms, and Account management shall be final and binding, subject to any overriding legal obligation.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and aee365 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 No Waiver: aee365's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or aee365's right to enforce it on any subsequent occasion.

13.4 Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
